The platform

Five parts, one record for each vehicle

Most lots run a website from one vendor, a spreadsheet for inventory and a phone for follow-up. Nothing agrees with anything else. DealerHub keeps one record per vehicle and lets every surface read from it.

01 — Set up

Your website

A mobile-first dealership site with your inventory built into it, not bolted on.

  • Search by make, body, price and kilometres
  • Vehicle pages with structured data for Google
  • Your own domain, your own branding
02 — Load

Inventory

Add a vehicle from your phone on the lot. VIN check, photos, price, done.

  • VIN validated as you type
  • Days-on-lot on every row
  • Bulk import from your old system
03 — Publish

Marketplaces

One feed URL per marketplace. They pull; you never re-enter a listing.

  • Meta Commerce catalogue
  • AutoTrader.ca and Kijiji Autos XML
  • Google Merchant Center for Vehicle Ads
04 — Capture

Leads and CRM

Every enquiry, finance application and trade appraisal lands in one queue with a status.

  • Email alert the moment a lead arrives
  • Notes and activity log per customer
  • Texting consent recorded for CASL
05 — Close

Digital retailing

Shoppers price their own payment before they ever call you.

  • Bi-weekly payment calculator with provincial tax
  • Finance application form
  • Trade-in appraisal request

Syndication

Where the hours actually go

A dealer with forty cars re-types every listing three or four times, then forgets to pull the sold ones down. This is the part that pays for the software.

You enter it once

Stock number, VIN, kilometres, price, photos. Roughly two minutes per vehicle from your phone, standing beside the car.

Everyone else reads it

  • Your websiteLIVE
  • AutoTrader.caXML
  • Kijiji AutosXML
  • CarGurus.caCSV
  • Facebook MarketplaceCSV
  • Google Vehicle AdsXML

Marketplaces each require their own account and agreement with you. We generate and host the feed they read — you give them the URL during onboarding, and we help you do it.

Questions

The things dealers ask on the first call

Can you move my current inventory across?

Yes. Send us an export from your current provider, or a spreadsheet, and we map it to your new listings before you go live. For most lots this takes a day.

Do you handle my AutoTrader.ca account?

No — that account and its agreement stay yours. What we do is generate the feed AutoTrader reads and give you the URL to hand to your rep, then confirm the first pull came through clean.

What happens to a vehicle when it sells?

Mark it sold in your dashboard. It drops out of every marketplace feed on the next pull, and stays on your website with a SOLD badge for thirty days, which is good for search and good for social proof.

Does the payment calculator use the right tax?

It uses the combined sales tax rate for your dealership's province, and quotes bi-weekly by default because that is how Canadian shoppers think about a car payment. It is an estimate and says so.

How do you handle texting consent?

Every lead form records whether the customer agreed to be texted, and when. That record sits on the lead so you can show it if you are ever asked under CASL.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month. If you leave, you can export your full inventory and lead history as CSV on the way out.

See it with your own inventory

Send us twenty of your cars before the call and we will have them loaded and live on a demo site by the time we speak.
